石墨烯之魂6: 层数导致D模与G模的反向频移机理

1)  the phonon frequency shift is proportional to the sqrt(bond energy)over bond length;

2)  the effective atomic CN is correlated to the n;

3)  the n-reduction induced red shift of the D and 2D modes originates from the interaction between a specific atom and all of its z neighbors;

4)  the n-reduction induced blue shift of the G mode results from the dimer interaction.
