水平差英语烂，就别审稿（替同事伸张正义！）

我的一个同事(已发表英文论文30多篇)，第一次向RSC的论文垃圾桶——RSCAdvances投了一篇论文，

国内某半桶水专家——水平差，英语更烂，写出了以下评审意见：

1. For Pr3+ doped phosphor, With respect to the need of white LEDs, the fluorescence lifetime of this kind of fluorescent powder is long, therefore, the application

foreground is not good.
2. For Fig.3, why the powder particle size became small, please explain it.
3. In Fig.4, it is difficult to see the intensity ratio between the long wavelenght and

short wavelength. Please show it. It is very important to the application of materials.
4. For Fig.5, why intensity change, to explain in detail.
5. For Fig.6, Please give the corresponding luminescence photos.
6. For application of high power LEDs, thermal stability of phosphor is one of important issues to be considered. Please show it7. The quality of the language has to be improved a lot.

这哪是什么审稿意见，字不成句，句不成段，语法错处遍地是，用词与风格纯粹是中国式英语！
