I found this site to be useful: http://www.sci.sdsu.edu/~smaloy/MicrobialGenetics/topics/transposons/integrons/integrons.html
citing: "Transposons have direct or indirect repeat sequences at their ends" and integrons "contained a site-specific integrase gene of the same family as those found in phage but lacked many gene products associated with transpositon." "Due to these differences, the elements were not grouped with transposons and were named integrons"
There are also some links to original research articles at the bottom.

TRANSPOSONS are mobile genetic elements which can move anywhere in a genome by two mechanisms "copy and paste(Retrotransposons)" , cut and paste( DNA transposons) and code for many necessary enzymes. and have direct or indirect repeats at their ends
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transposable_element
INTEGRONS are a kind of mobile genetic elements with the ability to capture genes( expression cassettes), notably those encoding antibiotic resistance, by site-specific recombination. And ends are not repeats, instead they contain new elements like promotors, recombination sites, integarase gene, ethidium bromide resistant and sulfonamide resistant genes
