Got up at 6:30 in this morning. Kind of sleepy. In MM's presentation, she mentioned, "like Juan said, it is the pain for PhD." ^_^ Have tons of things to do today.
1, read M's papre about conjugation details
2, think about ESBL, the next step?
3, how to write the report for R in Switzerland
4, the module at 13:00
5, talk to Joe and ask the samples' details for Biom... project
6, put the plasmids' results in tables and subgroup them.
7, think about Chaper 11&12. they are good background for your project.
