向Scripta Mater的日本编辑K. Hono教授表示敬意

2009年12月3日向Scripta Mater投了一篇稿子，12月18日收到编辑K.Hono教授的来信：

'I now have a review of the paper (see below) and am pleased to inform you that the referee recommends publication after revision. '

一看是两个小问题，要求2周内提交修改稿

（1）第一个问题与文章内容关系不大，是让解释另一个问题；

（2）让引一篇文献

前几天忙于室里的年会报告，耽搁了几天。

今天12月26日下午根据两个问题，写了response letter，修改了相应稿件。写了cover letter，在4点左右在线提交了修改稿。当晚10点不到，打开邮箱，发现编辑来信了，

真是敬佩K. Hono教授的高效率，6个小时不到就接受了我的稿件。向他表示敬意和感谢。当然也要感谢审稿人（猜测是印度理工学院的U. Ramamurty教授）的公正和快速审稿。

说起来Hono教授和Ramamurty都是我的同行，在金属玻璃领域都做出了非常好的工作。尤其是后者，最近非常活跃，连续在JMPS, Acta Mater有长文章发表。
