液压支架的快速优化设计与研究

摘要

液压支架是实现高产高效综合采煤机械化和自动化的重要配套设备,它以高压液体为动力,由金属构件和若干液压元件组成,液压支架的设计质量决定了液压支架的整体性能。随着科学技术的发展,计算机辅助设计极大的提高了液压支架的设计效率。本文主要任务是改进液压支架的设计方法,目标是降低设计成本,提高设计效率,缩短设计周期。主要内容如下:

1、详细分析了现代液压支架设计方法,结合企业中的实际设计流程,提出了液压支架优化设计分析平台的实现方案,选择了软件的开发环境以及相关的辅助工具,并对方案的可行性进行了论证。

2、设计了液压支架优化设计分析平台的软件界面。

3、分析了液压支架四连杆机构的作用及设计要求,分析了现代计算机辅助设计方法,详细分析了提出的基于液压支架快速优化设计理念的新的液压支架四连杆机构设计方法,研究了通过Matlab软件与VC++编程实现的方法。最后分析了液压支架四连杆机构的双扭线的特征。

4、在分析液压支架优化设计平台的数据库管理需求的基础上设计了液压支架优化设计平台的数据库管理方案。

5、在有限元分析的理论基础上研究了液压支架部件有限元分析的方法,提出了新的有限元方法思路,并以顶梁为例对新有限元思路进行了详细深入的论述。

ABSTRACT

The hydraulic support is an important equipment to achieve high production and high efficiency integrated coal mining mechanization and automation, and it is composed of metal components and hydraulic components. The quality of the design of hydraulic support determines the overall performance of the hydraulic support. With the development of science and technology, computer-aided design greatly improves the design efficiency of the hydraulic support. In this paper the goal task is lower design costs, improving design efficiency and shorting the design cycle by improving the optimal design method of the hydraulic support. The main content is as follows:

1. Detailed analysis of the modern design method of the hydraulic support, combined with the actual design process of the enterprise to optimize the design and analysis platform to achieve the program, select a software development environment and related aids and feasibility demonstrated.

2. Software interface of the design platform of the hydraulic support is designed.

3. To introduce the role of the four-bar linkage and design requirements of the hydraulic support and analysis of the modern computer-aided design methods. Details of the hydraulic support four-bar linkage design method. To introduce the method by Matlab and VC + + programming. Finally, the characteristic of the movement of the four-bar linkage of the hydraulic support is analyzed.

4. Analysis on the database management of the design platform of the hydraulic support, and a solution was proposed.

5. On the base of describing the theoretical basis of the finite element analysis, analysis on the finite element method of the hydraulic support components, and a new concept of the finite element method was proposed.
