FedCSIS 是一年一度的国际会议，今年由波兰信息处理学会（PTI）、IEEE波兰分会计算机学会分会和保加利亚科学院联合举办。FedCSIS会议系列的使命是提供一个在计算机科学和智能系统领域享有盛誉的论坛。我们邀请来自世界各地的研究人员贡献他们的研究成果，并参加技术会议，重点讨论他们在计算机科学和智能系统方面的科学进展和专业兴趣。Atlantis Press旗下两本期刊Natural Language Processing Research (eISSN 2666-0512)和Human-Centric Intelligent Systems (eISSN 2667-1336)将作为会议官方合作期刊，欢迎参会学者把扩展后的完整研究成果提交。

关于期刊

Naturnal Language Processing Research（eISSN 2666-0512）是一本国际化的，经过严格同行评审的开放获取期刊，涵盖有关计算语言学和自然语言处理的所有领域。

本刊由北京理工大学李侃教授担任主编，中科院自动化所宗成庆研究员和美国华盛顿大学Emily M. Bender担任顾问委员。目前期刊拒稿率为79.6%。

该期刊为原创性高质量的自然语言处理领域的学术研究提供了一个开放平台，旨在加深我们对这些领域基本问题的理解。NLPR上的文章通常比会议论文长，尤其关注研究方法或其理论意义。因此，本刊特别欢迎那些在其方法设置和/或理论基础方面很强的研究。除了所有文章的常规质量标准（如实质性内容、原创新和贡献意义），扎实的评价和高质量的分析是实验论文的最低要求。更多期刊主题详见：https://www.atlantis-press.com/journals/nlpr/aims-and-scope。

Human-Centric Intelligent Systems 由西南交通大学信息科学与技术学院李天瑞教授和澳大利亚悉尼科技大学计算机科学学院徐贯东教授担任共同主编。本刊将执行严格的单盲同行评审，采取开放获取（Open Access）模式出版发行，不收取任何费用。所有出版的文章作者保留版权，读者永久免费下载、阅读。
