越南大型燃煤电厂建设质量管理模式探索

摘要：随着“一带一路”倡议的推进及越南电力市场的巨大发展潜力，越来越多的中资企业承担了越南电力项目建设，但相关质量管理的研究较少，制约了中资企业在越南电力市场的发展。为此，基于越南某大型燃煤电厂项目建设，对质量管理模式进行了探究，提出了中英文双体系质量管理模式，实行双角色、双职责管理，完善了质量文件管理程序、质量验收程序、质量不符合项处理程序、质量监督程序、设备质量管理程序及标准体系管理，实现了双体系的协同，保证了工程质量。

Research on construction quality management of large coal-fired power plant in Vietnam

Abstract：With the promotion of “Belt and Road”initiative and the huge development potential of Vietnam’s power market,more and more Chinese enterprises have undertaken the construction of power projects in Vietnam.However,there are few researches on related quality management,which restricts the development of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam's power market. To this end, based on the construction of a large coal-fired power plant project in Vietnam, the quality management model was explored, and the Chinese and English dual system quality management model was proposed, which implemented dual role and dual responsibility management.With the quality management system, quality management procedures are improved,including quality document management procedures, quality acceptance procedures, quality non-conformance items handling procedures, quality supervision procedures,equipment quality management procedures and standard system management,which has realized the coordination of the two systems and ensured the quality of the project.
