为推动我院与德国亥姆霍兹联合会的合作，提升双方在有关领域的科研水平，我院与德国亥姆霍兹联合会共同启动2013年度中科院-亥姆霍兹联合会伙伴研究团队项目的征集工作。项目征集领域为：

1)　　 能源（Energy）

2)　　 地球与环境（Earth and Environment）

3)　　 健康（Health）

4)　　 关键技术（Key Technologies）

5)　　 物质结构（Structure of Matter）

6)　　 航空、航天与交通（Aeronautics, Space and Transport）

中德双方将对申报项目进行评审，择优支持并将发函通知获得批准的项目。

请项目申请人仔细阅读双边协议（附件1），下载填报中、英文项目申请书（附件2、3），并于2013年4月15日前将项目申请书中、英文各一份（纸质版）交国际合作局，电子版材料发送至dywang@cashq.ac.cn。

对于在上一轮（2012年）申请中未获批准的项目，今年可以再次申报。但需同时提供一份补充说明（附件4）。

In 2012 China and Germany celebrated 40 years of diplomatic relations. Between the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and many Helmholtz Research Centres there has been very successful scientific cooperation since the end of 1970s.

Both Helmholtz and CAS see each other as strategic partners sharing many joint research interests. In August 2011 the president of the Helmholtz Association Professor Jürgen Mlynek, and the CAS president Professor BAI Chunli signed an agreement to establish Helmholtz-CAS Joint-Research Groups (HCJRG). The first five Groups were selected in September 2012.

In the context of the present call for proposals five more HCJRG will be funded. The Helmholtz Association is prepared to provide each selected Group with 80,000 to 120,000 euros per year from its Initiative and Networking Fund for a total of 3 years, whereas CAS is prepared to provide each selected HCJRG with up to 300,000 RMB (equivalent to around 35,000 euros) for the same period.
