博主回复：IJABE is a Sino-US joint journal, and also an open access journal based on internet. There are two editorial offices, one in Beijing,China and the other in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. It is hard to say publishing IJABE in China and USA. Is that clear? Thanks.

有的期刊要求作者必须在文章的参考文献中加上至少两篇该刊过去发表的与本文相关的文章.这实在是一种极端可笑的做法!

所以,在评价期刊时,最好将自引文献打5折计分!

博主回复：期刊评价是编辑和出版者的事情，他们爱怎么折腾其实没有多少人关心；当然，SCI现在不一样，IF每年牵动多少经济利益和人心。

自引行为不是个别现象，很多作者为了发表，也默认了；也许是无奈。

国内这类行为似乎比较多，在我们编辑行内也是公开的小秘密。你做了我知道，但是我不会去学，也不去指责。这就是中国国情吧

I usually take the following several steps to do translation:

One, read the book or articles quickly and grasp the main idea;

Two, read the to-be-translated paragraph and looked up those new words and make sure that I can understand the meaning the whole paragraph;

Three, start translating and repeat the step 3 when in the next paragraph;

Four, check the translation sentence by sentence, especially those numbers, names;

Five, read the translation and revise those sentences that can't be read smoothly or are difficult to be understood by a Chinese.

Six, reread the whole translation and perfect it.
