      We have discussed the Z2 lattice gauge field and its simplicity helps us understanding a new type of phase transition between confined and deconfined phase which is out of Landau's spontaneous symmetry breaking picture. Now we would like to develop this physical picture through a slightly complicated case---U(1) gauge which possesses the similar properties and much more extra.
