现在，GMO 是不少人关注的话题。我基本上是属于“不反对派”。但是，我不会买GMO的salmon；that's beyond my bottom line.

虽然我不认为GMO“有毒”，但是，我也不完全认为GMO一定安全。Why？因为trans fat 直到最近才上了美国FDA的黑名单。美国的中老年人是在FDA的“引导”下，吃植物牛油(或人造奶油, Margarine）“长大的”。

Who can tell me for sure that 30 years from now that FDA will not blacklist some GMO products? History likes to play games with humans, doesn't it? The best way to protect yourself is to eat less, and to eat whole foods (organic if you can afford it).
