中医药文献挖掘与知识发现

       屠呦呦从大量中医文献中寻找有用的信息,获得科研灵感,发现了青蒿素。老一辈科学家都是在浩如烟海的科技文献中查找可用的信息,做科研需要大量的时间和精力查阅文献资料。

       现在,科技文献数据库很多,年轻人可以很方便地检索数据库中的文献,但对文献检索结果还需要进行信息分析。科研人员掌握信息分析和知识发现的方法非常重要,可以节省大量时间和精力用于科研工作。

       除了采用中医药文献数据库的检索、信息分析,获取知识的最好方法是知识发现,知识发现获得的是文献中的隐性知识,文献检索获得的是文献中的显性知识。

       知识发现获得大量知识点(潜在的科研问题),科研人员可能从中得到启发或产生科研灵感。

比如中草药与癌症的关系研究文献中发现509个基因、遗传相关的问题,科研人员可以进一步检索分析,也许获得重要的科研选题内容。

The list can be further trimmed down using the filters listed in the left margin.
