近日得到通知，国际著名出版公司塞奇出版公司要出版““China and the World” 论文集，选中了我的一篇文章。在此之前他们已经跟发表该篇论文的期刊的出版公式联系版权，但还要请求作者的许可。令人有点奇怪的是论文集的印数只有175份，而零售价高达1100英镑！

Dear Professor Shaofeng,

We are preparing an academic work entitled “China and the World” edited by Shaun Breslin (Warwick University), Carla Freeman (Johns Hopkins University) and Simon Shen (Chinese University of Hong Kong) which will be published by SAGE Publications in September 2014, as part of our SAGE Library of International Relations. The work will be published as eight reprinted volumes with an introduction by the editors. The print-run is scheduled at approximately 175 copies. The finished work will retail at price GBP1100.
