自然科学基金申请中的小插曲

根据国家自然科学基金委员会相关规定,45周岁以下都属于青年。于是,今年春节期间撰写了申请书,想通过这个平台看看自己是不是“优秀”或“杰出”。因为每项工作仅发表过一遍(这本应是学术界的一个基本规则呀!),所以论文篇数似乎不多。申请书中马马虎虎地写为“发表SCI论文20余篇“。不予资助通知中有这样一句针对性的评审意见:看来申请人都不屑于准确统计自己的论文?


最近,本单位研究生部在为研究生导师做网页,按要求整理了如下的发表目录。埋头做自己的事,让别人去数数吧,呵呵!
