甘蓝:血液垃圾清洁工、天然养胃菜以及相关研究

对于甘蓝(Brassica Oleracea)大家并不陌生,但是对于甘蓝的妙用并非人人皆知,据“道医学堂”等网站的相关报道,甘蓝竟然是血液垃圾的清洁工,不仅如此,而且是天然养胃菜,故特别摘引如下,仅供参考。由PubMed数据库1970-2017年的文献变化也可以略知一二(后面附有甘蓝研究高引论文以及世界范围内甘蓝研究分布图)。



有一句俗语:“人与动脉同寿”,意思是:如果人体的动脉被堵塞、硬化,人离死就不远了。网络上有一种说法:人的骨骼大约可用200年,但中国人的心脑血管平均使用年限目前大约为75年。要健康长寿,首要任务的确是让动脉血管能多用几年。

血管是否健康关系到人的寿命长短,而在家常菜里有一种蔬菜,被誉为“血栓斑块清道夫”,它就是圆白菜。

适宜人群:所有人,特别适合孕妇和消化道溃疡患者。

用量:一次食用70g(圆白菜切一半)

圆白菜90%都是水分,满满水溶性维生素,血液的垃圾清理工,斑块最怕它!

圆白菜在世界卫生组织推荐的最佳食物中排名第三,和其他蔬菜的不同在于,它约90%的成份为水,这个水分和白开水不同的是:圆白菜里面这种水分里面富含有水溶性维生素C。

其丰富的膳食纤维、胡萝卜素,可降胆固醇、帮助血压更加稳定,防止动脉粥样硬化。是动脉硬化患者、肥胖者的辅助食疗菜品。所以,圆白菜就是血液的垃圾清理工。



一、天然养胃菜:修复胃黏膜

圆白菜,学名甘蓝。道医认为,甘蓝味甘、性平、无毒,入胃、肾二经。圆白菜中含有大量的维生素B1、B2、C、U、纤维素、碳水化合物及各种矿物质,其中维生素U对胃溃疡及十二指肠溃疡病变处具有修复作用。

圆白菜也被誉为天然“养胃菜”,不仅能预防胃溃疡、保护并修复胃黏膜,还可以保持胃部细胞的正常功能,降低病变的几率。

二、富含维生素

卷心菜中含有丰富的维生素C、维生素E、胡萝卜素等,总的维生素含量比番茄多出3倍,因此,具有很强的抗氧化作用及抗衰老的功效。

圆白菜的防衰老、抗氧化的效果与芦笋、菜花同样处在较高的水平。

富含叶酸

卷心菜富含叶酸,而叶酸对巨幼细胞贫血和胎儿畸形有很好的预防作用,因此,怀孕妇女、贫血患者及生长发育时期的儿童、青少年应该多吃。

刺激生成有益酶

卷心菜中含有丰富的萝卜硫素。这种物质能刺激人体细胞产生对身体有益的酶,进而形成一层对抗外来致癌物侵蚀的保护膜。

杀菌、消炎

新鲜的卷心菜有杀菌、消炎的作用。咽喉疼痛、外伤肿痛、胃痛、牙痛时,可以将卷心菜榨汁后饮下或涂于患处。


杀死白细胞

卷心菜含有丰富的异硫氰酸丙酯衍生体,能杀死人体内导致白血病的异常细胞。


治疗溃疡

卷心菜富含维生素U,这是一种“溃疡愈合因子”。维生素U对溃疡有很好的治疗作用,能加速溃疡的愈合,还能预防胃溃疡恶变。

圆白菜最好用手撕,而不用刀切

用手把叶片全部拆散,去掉大梗,耐心地撕成大约3厘米见方的块。

这样,每个叶片能够充分地受热,互相遮盖还有恰如其分的保温效应,炒出来才会软硬适度,获得最佳口感。

切记,清炒圆白菜过程,不宜炒太久,以免吃起来干,这样90%的生物活性水就白白流失了哦!
