IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Educational Informatization

IEEE CSEI 2021

The Third IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Educational Informatization ( CSEI 2021, http://2021.ieeecsei.org ) will be held in Xinxiang, China, June 18-20 2021, hosted by Henan Normal University, Henan Computer Federation, Zhengzhou Computer Federation, Zhengzhou University, Yunnan Normal University, Key Laboratory of Educational Informatization for Nationalities ( YNNU ) Ministry of Education, Henan Institute of Science and Technology, Harbin University of Science and Technology, National Academy of Guo Ding Institute of Data Science.


IEEE CSEI 2021 is planned to publish the proceedings with IEEE, which will be indexed by EI Compendex according to previous experience of IEEE. The program committee will recommend some high-quality papers to international journals.

Paper Submission

Papers submitted to the conference should be in English or Chinese. All submissions English documents must be prepared in the IEEE format Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the given submission guidelines. http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html All submissions Chinese documents must be prepared in the Journal of Computer Education or Software Guide format Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the given submission guidelines. http://www.jsjjy.com or http://www.rjdk.org Only electronic submissions in PDF format will be considered.

All accepted papers will appear in the proceedings. CSEI reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if none of the authors attends the conference to present their paper. The program committee will recommend some high-quality papers to international journals. These EI journals will organize a second-round review.

Submission Information

Papers will be double-blindly reviewed without the authors' names and affiliations included. Furthermore, self-references that reveal the author's identity, e.g., "We previously showed (Smith, 1991) ...", must be avoided. Instead, use citations such as "Smith (1991) previously showed ...". Papers that do not conform to these requirements will be rejected without review. Submission will be electronic in PDF format through the Easy Chair system at: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=csei2021
