在这项工作中,我们的课题组联合东京大学高木-竹中实验室和香港中文大学曾汉奇教授课题组,共同开发了世界上首个高Q值的锗基纳米腔,并实现了器件的单片集成。采用光子晶体nanobeam的结构,在中红外波段我们的器件Q值达到18,000,模式体积仅为0.18立方微米。未来我们将进一步改善提高器件质量,并展开传感方面的研究。此 ...
