      大麻素受体1(CB1)拮抗剂 大麻素受体有两种亚型:CB1和CB2。研究发现,敲除小鼠CB1受体基因后,可使其血中胰岛素与瘦素水平降低,并改善胰岛素和瘦素抵抗,表明CB1受体的激动在饮食诱导的肥胖的发展中起重要作用。抑制CB1受体能够有效减少机体对食物的摄取,并增加能量的消耗。
