1－Accept
含义：直接接收
评论：不可能的事（Never happens），没人能享受到（Which
almost nobody gets）

2－accept after minor revision
含义：小改，修回后不需要再送给reviewer审阅（"Just make
some minor changes."）
评论：不多见（Once every blue moon）

3－reconsideration after major revision
含义：大改，修回后要再送给上次的审reviewer审阅
评价：很好的消息(Very good news)，他们仍对你的文章感兴趣
（"They're still interested in you!"）

4－reject and resubmit
含义：论文现在状态不能接受，但可以修改后重新再投，要重新经过审稿
流程，一般是送交与上一次不同的reviewer审阅
评论：坏消息，但可以通过增加实验来解决(Bad news but you can
handle it with more experiments)，尽管不是好消息，但是他们仍对你
的文章感兴趣（Though not as good as revise, "they still want the
paper!"）

5－reject
含义：拒稿
评论：投该杂志没希望了(F-Off Rejection)，但是并不是说文章没希望
了，只是说这篇文章不适合该杂志（"They're not saying the article is
hopeless," says Neal-Barnett, "they're just saying that it may not be
right for that journal."）

注意：“reject and resubmit”含义与“reject”的细微差别：
如果是“reject and resubmit”会让你resubmit时注明上次的稿件编号，
而“reject”则作为一篇新文章resubmit（resubmit the paper as a new
paper）
