日本学者07年Nature Med(Ohsawa et al. 2007)文章发表后,立刻引起我们的极大兴趣。我们采用不同的脑缺血模型,验证呼吸2%氢气是否可治疗脑缺血损伤,研究结果与日本学者的结果类似,证明呼吸2%氢气确实能够治疗新生儿缺血缺氧后损伤。该内容已发表文章,见Cai JM, Kang ZM, Liu W, et al. Hydrogen therapy reduces apoptosis in neonatal hypoxia-ischemia rat model. Neurosci lett 2008,441(2):167-172. 文章发表后,立刻引起关注,目前已经被引用6次。
这个文章是我们的第一篇关于氢的文章, 比日本学者第一篇晚了1年. 但是我们的速度也是比较快的.
