ERRATUM:
The DFT-B3LYP/6-311++G** result in table 2 should be ignored and the conclusion of "(3)The increase of diffuse and polarization functions has no effect on the polarizabilities (see row 4 and 5)." on page 4 is not available. All other results and conclusions still hold.
