Molecular Nutrition & Food Research (IF 4.653) 于8月初刚刚推出主题为“眼与脑的营养”的特刊。
本次特刊收录的文章由客座编辑John Nolan教授（爱尔兰沃特福德理工学院）从参加2018年底在英国剑桥举办的BON大会的备受瞩目的演讲报告中挑选。
