迄今为止，全国因为勒索病毒受害的机构已经达到三万多，世界范围内应该是这个数字的十倍不止。

一大早小编就收到意得辑IT-department的邮件，全面防范病毒入侵，在此分享给大家。做到以下几点，基本就可以保证你的重要资料的安全。

1.Delete any suspicious-looking emails you receive, especiallyif they contain links or attachments.

删除一切看起来可疑的邮件，特别是那些带有链接或附件的。

2.Regularly back up any files stored on your computer. If yourcomputer does become infected with ransomware, your files can be restored oncethe malware is removed from the computer.

经常备份你电脑上的文件。如果你的电脑被感染，你的文件也可以在备份处被找到。

3.Do not use private e-mail IDs such as Gmail or Yahoo or Rediffat work.

不要在工作电脑上打开你的个人邮箱，比如谷歌、雅虎的等

4.Be cautious while using Pen Drives and CDs procured withoutauthenticating sources.

使用没有认证来源的U盘和CD碟的时候要多加小心

5.Be extremely wary of any Microsoft Office email attachmentthat advises you to enable macros to view its content. Unless you areabsolutely sure that this is a genuine email from a trusted source, do notenable macros and instead immediately delete the email.

要对你邮箱中要求宏指令查看内容的附件特别谨慎，除非能够完全可信，否则要立即删除

6.If you do not use macros, you can disable them by followingthese instructions.

7.If you are unable to disable macros, you can also try usingWord Viewer by Microsoft. Word viewer will allow you to view a Microsoftdocument, however, it does not support macros, therefore will not run them.
