Synopsis:

DPS resolves the fraction and stiffness transition of O:H–O bonds from the mode of ordinary water to their hydration, which reconciles the phonon lifetime, surface stress, solution viscosity, molecular diffusivity, bonding thermodynamics, solution temperature, phase boundary dispersion, critical pressures and temperatures for phase transition, etc.
