POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS IN SCIENCE,ENGINEERING AND MEDICAL SCIENCES

CLAUDELEON FOUNDATION

TheTrustees of the Claude Leon Foundation have established Postdoctoral Fellowshipsin Science, Engineering

andMedical Sciences at South African universities.

TheFellowships will be available from January 2016 for two years and are valued at R 235 000.00 per annum (=每年RMB130 000) .

Inthe second year of the Fellowship, on application, the Fellow may be grantedR25 000.00 for presenting at an international conference.

Itis understood that, subject to formal application by the host university to theSouth African Revenue Services, the Fellowship should be exempt from SouthAfrican tax although the Foundation can give no guarantee.

Pleasenote that once completed the application form should not be sent directly to the Foundation

butsubmitted by the university/institutewhere the applicant wishes to be based.
