Finally, I am very glad I finished it after entirely a month writing. I am also very glad we got some novel ideas in this paper. Thank you for your patient and help as members of my supervisor group.

During the writing course, I always expect it will be published in one of top journals(eg. NEJM, www.nejm.org) as one of my doctoral theses. As you known, several papers did not published yet, it did affect my positive spirits.

Hi,

Updated files with Figure 1, Figure 2(A. B) about mechanisms on CDC strips and classifications, and supplied 2 literatures from updated Science (ref. 54) on cancer stem cells (CSC hypothesis) and Nature (ref. 72) on diet and inflammation. Thus, totally 110 Refs, 3 figures and 9 tables in our full text.
