电池管理对于锂离子电池的安全运行和耐久性至关重要。

Battery management is of paramount importance for lithium ion cells to ensure safe operation and durability. 


充电需要以可控的方式进行,通常使用恒定电流/恒定电压曲线。

Charging needs to happen in a controlled way, typically using a constant-current / constant-voltage profile.


此外,还必须确保各个电池单元保持均衡,以避免电池组的容量利用不足

It is also essential to ensure that individual battery cells are kept in balance to avoid under-utilization of the pack capacity. 


在本例中,Simscape®组件模拟单个电池单元的行为,然后复制该电池单元以创建串联工作模式。

In this example, Simscape® components model the behavior of a single battery cell, which is in turn replicated to create a series connection. 


采用3-RC + R等效电路描述电现象,通过热质量与热效应相关联,并且假设焦耳效应是唯一的热源

A 3-RC + R equivalent circuit represents the electrical phenomena, linked in turn to thermal effects via a thermal mass and the assumption of Joule effect being the only source of heat. 


此外,Simscape Electronics(TM)组件还提供半导体器件仿真,这些器件负责选择性充放电,从而在充电时实现平衡。

Additionally, Simscape Electronics(TM) components provide the semiconductor devices responsible for the selective charge bleed that enables the balancing while charging.


由于电流不均匀和非对称的热设计,温度积累不均匀:一端绝缘,另一端自然对流。

Temperature buildup is non-uniform because of the uneven current flow and the non-symmetrical thermal design: insulation on one end and natural convection on the other end.


Stateflow®中实施的监控逻辑策略用以确定充放电时刻和持续时间。

A supervisory logic strategy implemented in Stateflow® establishes the moment and duration of the charging current bleeding. 


Stateflow®模块可以通过右击鼠标,选择C/C++代码生成可嵌入的C代码,再构建仿真子系统(需要Embedded Coder(TM))。

The Stateflow® block can generate embeddable C-Code by right-clicking and selecting C/C++ Code -> Build This Subsystem (requires Embedded Coder(TM)).
