Authors are invited to submit manuscripts related to the COVID-19 problem within the scope of complex dynamical effects. By bearing in mind the presently emerging `waves’ and those that are likely to occur in the near future, some of the highlighted topics are:

• Parametric or data-driven modeling of the virus infection and propagation

• New methods and algorithms for predicting the virus spreading dynamics

• Multi-scale evolution in time and the emergence of patterns

• Implementation of control strategies and prevention schemes for future pandemic cases

• Topics related to advanced models and epidemiological data analysis.

Submission deadline: December 30, 2020

Review Completion Date: April 30, 2021

Notification of Acceptance: May 15, 2021

Tentative Date of Publication: July 1, 2021
