The Cys-rich and DSBH domains form a compact catalytic domain

TET2-dsDNA structure shows specific recognition of CpG dinucleotide by TET2

5mC is inserted into the catalytic cavity through a base-flipping mechanism

The catalytic cavity can accommodate 5mC and its derivatives for oxidation
