google的H5比SCI IF更合理？

突然发现，google弄出了一个h5指数，官方定义如下：h5 指数是指在过去整整 5 年中所发表文章的 h 指数。h 指在 2007-2011 年间发表的 h 篇文章每篇至少都被引用过 h 次的最大值。并给出了前一百名的英文期刊。考虑了文章数量后，JACS排到Angewandte Chemie前面去了，基本上符合了大家感官认识。这个指数是不是比IF更靠谱，有没有业内人士帮着分析一下？
