第71条权利的转让和构成

欧洲专利申请可以在一个或多个指定国内转让或产生权利。

A European patent application may be transferred or give rise torights for one or more of the designated Contracting States.

第72条转让

欧洲专利申请的转让应当以书面方式进行，合同当事人应当签字。

An assignment of a European patent application shall be made inwriting and shall require the signature of the parties to the contract.

第73条合同许可

欧洲专利申请可以在指定缔约国的全部或部分领土内进行全部或者部分许可。

A European patent application may be licensed in whole or in partfor the whole or part of the territories of the designated ContractingStates.

第74条法律适用

除本公约另有规定外，欧洲专利申请作为财产权的客体应当在各缔约国内适用该缔约国关于国内专利申请的法律，并对该缔约国有效。
