1.      The more  academic paper  written in English,the better.

       America professors will evaluate your paper carefully.

2.      Letters of recommendation are not   important, except               that recommender is acquainted with

      correspondent  America professors .

3.      Whether your background matches with the research

        direction of  America professors  is very important.

4.      Internship experience in famous  

        enterprise is very helpful.

    Application deadline is around Dec, application must

     be  submitted  accordingly.

     Most admission offer/rejection  announcement has to be waited until April .
