中美生物燃料联合研究中心(清华大学核研院)是中美两国政府支持成立的生物燃料技术研发机构,具备国际一流的科研条件,承担国家和国际合作重大项目,与国内外工业界合作紧密。因1.5代和2代生物燃料,以及有机废弃物固体厌氧发酵产沼气技术开发方面的科研工作需要,面向国内外公开招聘博士后助理研究员,欢迎有识之士加入我们的团队,尤其欢迎海外学子回国发展成就大业。
一、招聘岗位
博士后岗位(6名),合同期一般为2年。其中:
(1)分子生物学或微生物学1名;
(2)蛋白组学1名;
(3)发酵工程1名;
(4)固体生化反应过程模拟1名(有较强的数学和编程能力,最好是C,C++语言);
(5)有机废弃物固体厌氧发酵产沼气过程优化1名;
(6)厌氧混合微生物功能菌群分析1名
二、岗位职责及任职条件
(1)岗位职责:从事构建微生物菌种、高产纤维素酶、固体发酵过程模拟等相关生物燃料核心技术研究,以及有机废弃物固体厌氧发酵产沼气核心技术开发与厌氧混合微生物功能菌群分析研究,并且完成国家和工业界科研项目所要求的内容,发表3篇以上SCI论文。
(2)任职条件:(a)品德优秀、热爱可再生能源科研事业;(b)分子生物学、蛋白组学、微生物学、发酵工程、化学工程(过程模拟)、环境工程或相关专业知名大学毕业的博士,能够熟练从事上述领域的科研工作;(c)在SCI期刊上发表过2篇相关论文(或3篇以上核心刊物论文),有相关研究经验者优先;(d)专业英语熟练,能够用英语自如进行学术交流和论文写作,科研报告写作能力较强;(e)具有良好的团队精神及较强的组织协调能力。

the Sino - US Joint Center for Biofuel Research , Tsinghua University
The Sino-US Joint Center for Biofuel Research (Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology, Tsinghua University) is a professional institution committed to biofuel technology R&D which is supported by both the Chinese government and the U.S. government. With the world-class research environment, the center is performing numerous projects including key national projects, international cooperation projects, and cooperation with industry sectors. In order to fulfill the academic/industrial requirements of developing 1.5 and 2nd Generation Bio-ethanol along with the biogas technology, appropriate Post-doc research assistants as our new team members are urgently needed. We particularly welcome candidates with overseas experiences.
Posts
6 Postdoctoral positions, with 2 years’ contract in general. Of which:
1. Molecular Biology/ Microbiology
2. Proteomics
3. Fermentation Engineering
4. Simulation of solid biochemical reaction process ( have strong mathematical and programming (C and C+ + language preferred) skills)
5. Control strategy of solid-state fermentation of biogas from organic waste
6. Analysis on anaerobic mixed microbial community
Key responsibilities and requirements
I. Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research in biofuel core technology, such as microbial strain construction, high-performance enzymes, fermentation and modeling of solid fermentation process biogas core technology.
2. Complete the tasks in the national and industrial research projects as needed.
3. Publish 3 papers on SCI listed journals at minimum.
II. Requirements:
1. Good moral character; Enthusiasm in renewable energy business.
2. Ph.D. in molecular biology, proteomics, microbiology, fermentation engineering, chemical engineering (process simulation) or related fields from known universities; Capable to conduct research in the field outlined above.
3. Published 2 SCI journal papers (or 3+ core journal papers); Relevant research experience is a plus.
4. Proficiency in professional English; Able to communicate on academics and write thesis in English smoothly; Solid writing skills for scientific reports.
5. Good team spirit and strong organization and collaboration abilities.
Benefits:
Receive salary and benefits package under Tsinghua University’s Post-Doc Employment Regulations; Individual’s salary and arrangements after leaving the post-doc station are negotiable depending on performance.
