上海交通大学农业与生物学院简介

上海交通大学农业与生物学院建院58年，学院紧密围绕“创建世界一流农科”的战略主线，形成并确立了“以农为本，需求牵引，特色发展，争创一流”的办学指导思想，各项事业取得了跨越式发展。

学院拥有教职工237人（其中专任教师154人），现有全日制本科专业5个（植物科学与技术、食品科学与工程、资源环境科学、动物科学、园林），一级学科硕士学位授权点7个（园艺学、食品科学与工程、生态学、畜牧学、风景园林学、植物保护、农业工程），二级学科硕士学位授权点2个（预防兽医学、作物遗传育种），一级学科博士学位授权点2个（园艺学、生态学），2个交叉学科博士点（食品安全与营养、动物科学工程）。建有蔬菜学、生态学博士后流动站。农业科学、动植物科学和环境学与生态学进入ESI排名全球前1%。

Since 1959, SAB has been insisting on the strategic guiding ideology of "creating a world-class agricultural discipline" and the managerial guiding ideology of “agriculture-focused, demand-driven, character-grown, strive to be the best”. For the past 58 years, every undertaking has realized leap-forward development.

SAB has a teaching and administrative staff of 237 people (including 154 full-time teachers). SAB consists of five departments (Department of Plant Science, Department of Food Science and Engineering, Department of Resource and Environment, Department of Animal Science, and Department of Landscape Architecture). SAB has been authorized 7 first level disciplines of masters degree (Horticulture, Food Science and Engineering, Ecology, Animal Husbandry, Landscape Architecture, Plant Protection, Agricultural Engineering), 2 second level disciplines of masters degree (Preventive Veterinary Science, Crop Genetics and Breeding), 2 first level disciplines of doctoral degree (Horticulture, Ecology), 2 interdisciplinary doctoral programs (Food Safety and Nutrition, Animal Science Engineering), and 2 postdoctoral stations ( Vegetable Science, Ecology). Agricultural science, animal and plant science, environmental science and ecology have reached the ESI ranking of the worlds top 1%.
