利用玻璃分相原位制备陶瓷磨具目前还是个概念,还没有公开的文献资料。看起来,如果真的能实现原位制备,那么,刚玉陶瓷磨具应该是最有可能制备成功的。只是从以硅酸盐为主的系统中分相并长大成刚玉晶体,还要长成需要的数量和大小,是有一定难度的。知道含刚玉的微晶玻璃,但不知道只含刚玉晶体的微晶玻璃,有谁知道,告诉我,长长见识。如果真能做出来,即可解决界面结合的问题。没准还能做出来 一种针状的刚玉亦未可知。搞好了,还能起到微晶刚玉磨料(MCA或seeded sol gel alumina)的作用。glass-ceramics are stronger than the amorphous materials from which they are formed. Hence, the strength of the material may be adjusted, for example, by the degree to which the amorphous material is converted to crystalline ceramicphase(s). Alternatively, or in addition, the strength of the material may also be affected, for example, by the number of nucleation sites created, which may in turn be used to affect the number, and in turn the size of the crystals of the crystallinephase(s).
