氢气对全脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究,是氢气领域神经系统损伤保护方面研究最多的,其中发表论文数量最多的是南京军区总医院麻醉科段满林教授实验室,主要开展用氢气生理盐水注射保护四动脉结扎全脑缺血再灌注损伤。

最近,该课题组再次发表一篇论文,从线粒体损伤角度,证明氢气对脑缺血的保护效应,主要从线粒体电位、线粒体通透性转换孔开放、细胞色素C、电子显微镜和光学显微镜观察等研究方法,并采用脑室内注射苍术苷(线粒体通道抑制剂?)。研究结果发现,氢气生理盐水能有效保护全脑缺血引起的脑组织损伤和线粒体的病变,说明保护线粒体损伤可能是氢气保护全脑缺血的原因。

该论文发表在JSR上。
