研究表明，儿童肥胖与焦虑、抑郁和早死的风险更高有关

两项新的欧洲研究发现，那些儿童时期肥胖的人在成年后可能有更高的焦虑、抑郁甚至早死的风险。

研究人员在《PLOS Medicine》杂志上发表了他们的研究结果，他们发现那些在儿童时期肥胖的人在成年早期（20到25岁之间）死亡的风险是普通人的3倍。

发表在《BMC Medicine》上的第二项研究中发现，在考虑了可能的影响因素，如焦虑或抑郁的家族史和社会经济状况后，肥胖与儿童和青少年焦虑和抑郁的风险增加有关。肥胖男孩的焦虑和抑郁风险比普通人群中的男孩高33%，而肥胖女孩的心理健康风险则要比普通人群中的女孩高43%。
