添加糖的饮料会导致脂质失衡,从而增加心血管疾病的风险


每天饮用含糖饮料会降低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)(好胆固醇)和提高甘油三酯的水平,两者都会增加心血管疾病的风险。
