1. Introduction

Catastrophe theory in the accident process analysis and system safety evaluation are feasible and reasonable, but there are still much inadequate, need further research, to explore analysis on the combination of the safety production protection systems and the butterfly catastrophe, four-dimensional analytical models of the safety production protection systems butterfly catastrophe established ,to achieve quantifiable mathematical model of accident analysis, which is great significance for the qualitative analysis of the accident, quantitative research and cognition of the mechanism of the accident .

" Recognized the Systems Engineering" systematic analysed safety "own intrinsic connection" with the  application of science and systematic philosophy of scientific methods, and finally realize the safety or not by man, machines, things (relations implement mode) three elements and their mutual formed by the system,which is a complex and dynamic organic whole, and thus arrive at the basic concepts of the safety science and the architecture and framework model of the safety science and technology, put forward the "security 'the three elements and four factors' systems theory". As for why to realize safety, "own intrinsic connection", because what is safety itself is unknow,and to read certain security issues and for social practice, which is blind metaphysics, not to solve practical problems. Therefore, to clarify the safety "own intrinsic connection", to propose a connotation of "three elements of the four factors" systems theory. Reveal the need for mankind to achieve a specific objective of the essence of things and their movement variation of science, its own inherent discipline, that is bound by three major elements and their formation systems (fourth) factors) form, and was based on the man-made specific need to build up. Safety solution of the problem is relative, this is only for the purpose of the requirement to achieve the degree that the target for the purposes; if it means the security of the implementation process. necessarily involves the relationship between man and machine, but coordination is not the relationship itself, because the process involves the coordination of the relationship. "Three elements and four factors" systems theory can properly reflect all integrated science disciplines intrinsic link. The previous system safety research to safety incidents as the object, such a preventive safety system of research and study are not the same thing. The so-called prevention, all the work to prevent safety accidents and safety accidents with the negative nature of the security system, to prevent the destruction of the static system ssfety research; and safety system for the dynamic study are positive, along not to die, not to hurt, not sick, comfort, pleasure and even enjoy the direction of the creating healthy conditions for the external protection of the security system dynamics research. This is what the original meaning of safety[6]. safety system is a "management" as the center, "man" as the core, "machine" as the foundation, "environment" as the condition of the general nature of the composition in order to protect the person for the purpose of system safety man - machine - environment - management systems. "man" refers to the person as a body of work, such as operators or decision makers; "machine" refers to the person under the control of the general term for all the objects; "environment" refers to the man-machine coexistence of specific working conditions. For the people of the basic elements of the evaluation model; complex state of insecurity of the basic elements of evaluation model; environmental insecurity of the basic elements of evaluation model; management deficiencies in the basic elements of evaluation model; the basic elements of the establishment of indicators to of the Literature.
3.Four-Dimensional Analysis Model of the Safety Production Protection Systems with Butterfly Catastrophe

4. The Meaning of Production Safety Risk Model
Use of theman's unsafe behavior, and machine insecurity, environmental insecurity and management deficiencies sub system of space constraints the value ,to establish man unsafe behavior as axis, and machine insecurity asaxis, and the environmentalsecurity as axis, management defect as axis are the four-dimensional model.Whichis four dimensional euclidean space point,.Taking to man's unsafe behavior, and machine insecurity, environmental insecurity and management deficiencies in standardized scores so that in the interval [0,1] .In the tetrahedral center of 0 to 4 vertices connected to form four vectors,the length of ,So four of the coordinate axis betweenof about 109 degrees, then any point in space, that may be ,the coordinate system of the four-axis angle equal to each other, which gives the performance of four-axis with equal opportunities, shown in figure 1.

Therefore, production safety parameters are four vertices to determine the size of the volume of tetrahedron.
Specific meaning is as follows
① ideal security zone, when the value of the safey  is less than the value of the security critical, value of tetrahedron is less than the greatest volume of tetrahedron which system allows, the security system is an ideal state;
② critical point, when the value of the safey  is equal to the value of the security critical, value of tetrahedron is equal to the greatest volume of tetrahedron which system allows, the security system is is at risk and the ideal critical state;
③ danger zone, when the value of the safey is greater than the value of the security critical, value of tetrahedron is greater than the greatest volume of tetrahedron which system allows, the security system is is dangerous.
5.Conclusion
The four-dimensional model established withman's unsafe behavior, and material insecurity, environmental insecurity and deficiencies in the management sub system of space constraints value , a human unsafe behavior asaxis, and material insecurity asaxis, and the environmental security asaxis, the management defect asaxis.
Envisaged an ideal space for any point in space, that may be explained with, the coordinate system of the four-axis angle to each other, can be characterized by the volume of production safety situation,which provides a new way of anlgsis on thinking for the degree of risk the safety of the productionthe critical point in the four-dimensional vector space.
The tetrahedron volume can be characterized by the safety conditions, in order to explain the different companies (different people's unsafe behavior, and material insecurity, environmental insecurity, and management deficiencies) may be in the same degree of risk to provide the safe production of thinking.
Enterprise security risk level of production is divided into: the ideal security zone; dangerouszone, and thus which is a significant risk of major hazard risk and the necessary definition and classification.
