有女万事足。Parenting 是人生很有意思的经历。其实孩子成长有很多花絮，时不时让人惊讶，有时候工作忙忘了随手记录下来，就随风飘散了。

a small chat between Tanya and me

Yesterday, Tanya complimented Mom, as usual, by saying, 

“I got my smartness and beauty from Mom, and the sense of fashion and jewelry, too.” 

“What did you get from me,” I asked. 

“A lot”, Tanya blinked and made a face to me, continuing, 

“Absent-mindedness, 
laziness, 
Obsession to electronics and computer, 
Beaver teeth, 
Big feet, so big that I could hardly find beautiful shoes for. 
And I got glasses from you too!” 

“Anything good? How about my sense of humor?” 

“Yeh, you call it sense of humor, others consider me as silly who often laughs as hiccups.” 

She lowered down the voice and whispered into my ear: 

“Don’t tell Mom, but I got bad temper from both you guys. And my oversensitivity and timidity from Mom”
