一、招聘岗位

导师简介:袁曙光,正研究员,博士生导师 (http://www.gpcrm.org)。硕士毕业于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所。博士获得欧盟玛丽居里全额奖学金资助先后在比利时鲁汶大学 (KULeuven,QS排名=81),波兰科学院和洛桑瑞士联邦理工学院 (EPFL, QS排名=22)共同完成。之后获得玛丽居里ETH(QS排名=7)博士后奖学金。2014年加入瑞士第三大制药公司Actelion(现在的Idorsia)从事计算机辅助药物设计工作。2018年被波兰华沙大学聘为特任教授。其研究方向主要为,利用计算生物学和人工智能的方法研究G蛋白偶联受体蛋白(GPCR,最重要的药物靶标)的激活机理与药物设计。近年以第一/通讯作者在国际著名期刊发表多篇学术论文,包括Nature Communications 2篇、Angewandte Chemie 5篇、JACS 2篇、Chemical Science 1篇、Computational Molecular Sciences 2篇、 Trends in Biochemical Sciences 1篇、Trends in Pharmacological Sciences 1篇、Trends in Biotechnology 1篇。 合计发表著作近40篇。代表研究成果有:2014年,袁教授提出GPCR连续水分子通道激活机理学说,并以一作和共同通讯作者身份发表在当年的Nature Communications上。目前该理论被同行普遍认可,并成为该领域的重要组成部分。 此外,袁教授在酶催化领域也有所建树。通过计算生物学的方法成功指导了多个酶的功能改造和激活机理研究,相关工作发表在Nature、JACS、 PNAS等国际著名期刊上。在瑞士制药公司工作期间,曾经设计出上千个高活性、低毒性药物分子。其中所设计的2个药物已经成功进入临床测试阶段 (已获国际WIPO专利授权)。

袁教授将领导新成立的“新药发现与靶标筛选”研究中心。课题组通过计算生物学、生物信息学、人工智能等方法,以及与药物化学、结构生物学、生物化学等多学科技术交叉,研究GPCR和离子通道的分子调控机制以及相关代谢性疾病的发病机理,开发新的治疗手段和药物。本实验室将理论计算与前沿生物技术相结合,专注国际生命与医药领域最前沿科学课题。课题组将与瑞士科学院院士Horst Vogel教授(全职加盟课题组),德国科学院院士,波兰学院外籍院士等其他国际著名科学家一起建立先进的现代新药研发与筛选平台。实验室将营造多学科相互融合的国际研究氛围。

具体研究方向:1、GPCR分子机理;2、计算机辅助药物设计;3、基于人工智能的药物筛选平台;4、疾病模型的建立;5、原生态细胞膜环境下GPCR与离子通道的结构与功能; 6、计算机理性设计酶的功能与改造。


工作地点:深圳南山区

二、招聘要求如下

(1)具有结构生物学,计算生物学,细胞生物学,化学合成或者计算机科学相关专业博士学位,要求发表过第一作者的SCI论文;

(2)药理学方向,细胞生物学、分子生物学、神经科学、癌症等相关领域,有小鼠实验或动物疾病模型经验优先考虑;

(3)AI工具开发方向,要求熟练掌握Python或者JAVA语言;

(4)计算生物学方向,熟悉GPCR、离子通道分子或者酶的功能模拟者优先;

(5)结构生物学方向,有膜蛋白工作经验者优先;

(6)踏实肯干,有较强的科研兴趣和主动性,渴望在科研领域取的较好成绩;

(7)具有较强分析解决问题的能力;

(8)具备足够的英语阅读和写作能力,能熟练查阅专业文献;

(9)在国内外获得博士学位或应届毕业的博士生,年龄不超过35周岁。


三、聘后管理  

博士后/研究助理,聘用期两年;试用期为2个月。

1.年薪30-45万(其中含省补贴15万、市补贴6万)。博后期间获批博后基金或出站留深圳工作满3年,可认定为深圳后备级人才,市财政给予160万元生活补助,每年32万、分5年发放、免税;

2.全球排名前200所海外高校博士毕业生,或本人具有留学经历且发表SCI一区论文3篇,可直接认定为深圳市孔雀C类人才,市财政给予160万元生活补助,每年32万、分5年发放、免税;

3.全球排名前200所境外高校博士毕业生,符合珠江-海外博士后的,省财政给每年30万元生活补贴,资助期限2年(总额60万);出站后留在广东省工作的,省财政给予每人40万元住房补贴;

4.免费获得BYD电动车90小时/月使用权;

5.博后出站留在深圳市工作的,市财政每年发放生活补助10万,资助期限3年(总额30万),免税。


四、客座/联合培养学生/中心秘书:本实验室另招收多个客座硕士生和博士生,计算生物学、化学、生物学、计算机等相关专业均可申请。博士生培养亦可与海外高校联合培养。

另外实验室还招收一名秘书,男女不限,要求生物相关专业,至少本科学历,1年及以上行政秘书经验。

Position descriptions  

Several positions for research associate scientists, postdoc/PhD/Master are available in Prof. Yuan’s group (http://www.gpcrm.org) at the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology (SIAT), Chinese Academy of Sciences. The working place is located in Shenzhen, a modern and international city next to HongKong. SIAT focuses on highly interdisciplinary research with strong financial support from the local government.  

The open positions focus on computational biology and modern drug discovery, covering AI tool development, using molecular simulations to understand biological mechanisms, rational protein design, computer-aided drug discovery and many others.  

The research group aims at establishing a complete modern drug discovery pipeline leading by computational biology. A new modern drug discovery center will be led by Prof. Yuan. Multidisciplinary subjects will be combined with other leading scientists in the institute. Candidates with biology, chemistry, biotechnology or computer science background are strongly welcome. Requirements:  

1. Ideally, postdoc candidates should be no older than 35 years old.  

2. For computational biology, candidates should have experience in molecular simulations, computational drug discovery, rational protein design or system biology. Experiences in organic synthesis or structural biology are also welcome. Experience in Kinme workflow is a plus.  

3. For the computational tool development, programming experience in Python, C/C++ or Java is compulsory.  

4. For the biochemistry or structural biology, experience in membrane proteins (such as GPCR or ion channel) or enzyme catalysis would be ideal.  

5. For international PhD/Master students, it would be compulsory to apply for the Chinese government scholarship successfully first. Salary and benefits

The glossary salary for a postdoc is in the range of $45-110K per year, according to the qualification of the candidate.  

The institute also provides many benefits for the family of the candidates such as social insurance, retirement pension, kindergarten and school for the children and many others. The research group will also provide opportunities for attending international conferences/workshops each year as well.     

 About SIAT

The Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT) of the Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) was jointly established by CAS, the Shenzhen municipal government and the Chinese University of Hong Kong in February 2006, comprise 8 institutes and numerous other labs and facilities.
