生物活性：Abciximab (C7E3) 是一种小鼠/人嵌合单克隆抗体，是一种糖蛋白 (GP) IIb/IIIa 抑制剂。 Abciximab 通过与糖蛋白 IIb/IIIa、玻连蛋白和 Mac-1 受体结合来抑制血小板聚集和白细胞粘附^[1]。

体外：Abciximab (C7E3) 通过与血小板 α_IIbβ₃ 整合素^[2] 结合，抑制生理和病理激动剂诱导的血小板聚集。阿昔单抗似乎对 α_IIbβ₃ 和 α_vβ₃ 整合素和重新分布具有相似的亲和力在它们之间^[2]。

体内：阿昔单抗 (C7E3)（0.25 mg/kg/天；静脉注射；28 天）可有效预防新生内膜增生^[2]。
