生物活性： Atezolizumab (MPDL3280A) 是一种针对程序性死亡配体 1 (PD-L1) 的选择性人源化单克隆 IgG1 抗体，用于癌症研究。

体外：Atezolizumab（0、2.5、5、10、20 和 40 µg/ml；24 小时；HOS 和 143B 细胞）抑制增殖并诱导骨肉瘤细胞的免疫非依赖性细胞凋亡^[1]。Atezolizumab 损害线粒体的功能，导致氧化剂和抗氧化剂之间的失衡。 Atezolizumab 通过激活 JNK 通路诱导骨肉瘤细胞线粒体相关的凋亡。 Atezolizumab（10 µg/ml；24 小时；HOS 和 143B 细胞）诱导骨肉瘤细胞自噬^[1]。
