Marshall Breeding,美国图书馆自动化界的翘楚, 发布了2017年图书馆自动化国际调查报告。他调查了全球87个国家3992个图书馆127种不同的自动化产品。
要点如下:
阿波罗Apollo在小型和小型图书馆类别中都获得了最高分，总体满意度排行榜，总体ILS功能，印刷和电子功能，客户支持以及公司忠诚度。
ByWater Solutions为Koha提供服务，除公司忠诚度以外，所有类别的中型公共图书馆都获得了最高的分数。
来自Ex Libris的Alma率先成为大中型学术图书馆中的佼佼者，在整体功能，管理电子资源的最终效果方面满意度一般。对于大中型学术图书馆，Ex Libris为其三种产品获得了顶级公司忠诚度分数：Alma，Aleph和Voyager。
北极星Polaris获得了大型公共图书馆的普遍满意度，整体功能，印刷资源管理，电子资源管理和公司忠诚度排名第一。
来自SirsiDynix的Symphony在大型公共图书馆和大型学术图书馆客户支持方面获得了最高分。
OPALS在学校和小型学术图书馆的所有类别中获得最高分。
