今天一篇文章的两位伊朗作者来信说，他们听到非本文作者的其他人向他们说起了关于他们向JMS投稿的事，并郑重申明他们这篇文章只有两位作者，而且相信JMS是有信誉的期刊，不会向不相干的人透露作者的投稿信息。

作者来信如下：

Dear Editor,

> I am the corresponding author of "19-XXXX Title: Modeling of landslide susceptibility areas XXXXXX ". Our article is written as a result of the cooperation of two different authors. However, today a call from a colleague who is not a writer in our article. We noticed that the same email was sent to us for the article we uploaded to your system.

> There is a mistake. The author has two writers, the first author is Barış, the second author is Halil XXX. As mentioned in the cover letter, our article is an original and unpublished article.

> We want to correct this mistake and eliminate this confusion. We are of the opinion that the magazine "Journal of Mountain Science", which is a respectable journal, is not far from professionalism and it is a random mistake.

我一看到来信，先是有些不明白作者说的是什么意思，仔细读了两遍，我觉得可能是邮件的问题。于是马上到稿件系统里面去查看了这篇文章的邮件记录，发现给通讯作者（Barış教授）发信时，会同时给另外一个邮箱发信。从邮箱的名字猜测，一个是这篇文章的通讯作者的邮箱，另外一个邮箱明显不像是通讯作者本人的。在“BING”里面搜索了一下，发现另一个邮箱的用户既不是通讯作者本人，也不是本文的另外一个作者。于是，在稿件系统中查看通讯作者的账户信息，发现通讯作者的账户信息中有一个抄送邮箱。因此，问题应该就出在这个抄送邮箱上。不清楚之前是谁为通讯作者创建的账户, 为什么要把发给通讯作者的邮件全部抄送一份到另一个人的邮箱。也许是该教授的另外一名学生（或者同事？）在上一次自己投稿的时候给教授创建账户时加上了自己的邮箱？

于是做了一个Barış教授的账户截图，给作者回信并附上截图。

Dear author,

I checked Prof.Barış'user account and found it contained a copy email address abb1@gmail.com.

Thus each letter that our manuscript center sends to Barış @gmail.com will have one copy to abb1@gmail.com.

 If you do not want the letter to copy to abb1@gmail.com, you can login our manuscript center to modify your account information.

 If you cannot do this, we can delete that email address abb1@gmail.com from Prof. Barış'user account.

很快就收到作者的来信，要求删除Barış教授的账户中的抄送邮箱。
