Title: Index theorem ---- a proof from  the suppersymmetry quantum mechanics

We have briefly introduced AP index theorem through some examples of Dirac and Laplacian operators. Instead of some formal mathematical proof methods, we present a way  from the supersymmetry quantum mechanics which involves heat kernel regularization.  This method is devoted to spin manifolds that appeal to phystists. If possible, we may use the AP index theorem to deal with the simplest quantum anomaly.
