A grandma with ADHD?

As a mother, I am sorry to say that I don't like to sit next to a kid with ADHD on a plane. He or she may be kicking my seat from the side or from behind for hours... However, in this situation, I could at least tell him or her to stop it, or give the kid a serious stare.
What would you do if a woman in her 60s fidgets constantly? My flight from SFO to HNL was shorter than scheduled by 30 mins. Still, I wish I could move away from her (short of opening the exit door next to me). OMG, she reminds me of a monkey who can never sit still...
