Two sisters... (revised)

We were classmates in college, in the same Department of Oceanography (though HM majored in Physical Oceanography and I, Marine Meteorology). Maybe because we were born the same year and the same month, we were friends in college and kept in touch ever since.
We had quite different experiences in the past 30 years (since we graduated from college), and we have very different jobs now. What has not changed is our friendship. HM still laughs loudly, as if she is the happiest person on Earth. Though neither of us is rich, both of us are happy with what we have...
HM, I do hope we can meet next month in Xiamen. It has been more than 10 years since we saw each other in Canada.
