RA概述 | |||||
神经干细胞(neural stem cell,NSC)是近期神经生物科学领域和脑科学领域的热点,目前主要分为胚胎神经干细胞和成人神经干细胞两大领域。其中成人神经干细胞代表了最近十年最惊人的发现之一。它为神经干细胞的应用提供了更为广阔的前景。相当长时间以来,人们认为成年大脑的再生能力非常有限。现在研究发现神经再生是成年哺乳动物中枢神经系统中普遍存在的现象,妊娠也可以影响成年神经细胞再生。在成年大脑中存在着神经干细胞聚焦区,这些成人神经干细胞对于成年神经再生具有重要意义。由成人神经干细胞生成的新生神经元具有电生理功能,不仅能够对损伤的大脑进行修复,而且可能参与记忆和学习等高级神经功能。目前已有成人神经干细胞自体移植治疗脑损伤的初步临床研究。 |
